Michael Gabelman: Owner Coast-to-Coast Homes
Coast-to-Coast Homes was founded in 2018 by owner and operator Michael Gabelman. Mike began his career with a hands-on approach, managing full-scale gut renovations from framing through final finishes. His work has spanned a wide range of project types—from contemporary townhome remodels on the Upper West Side to meticulous prewar restorations in Greenwich Village—he has built a deep and versatile foundation in the New York City construction industry.
Today, Coast-to-Coast Homes is a fully licensed and insured general contracting firm serving clients throughout New York City. We offer comprehensive renovation services, including guidance through coop and condo board approvals, full DOB permitting management, and curated design support through our trusted network of vetted vendors. Our goal is to streamline the process from initial concept to final completion.
